In an attempt to ease travel restrictions this summer, France released a color-coded map that classifies countries into three categories (green, orange, and red) based on health indicators.
After Lebanon duly managed its coronavirus situation, it made it among countries on the “green” list alongside Australia, European Union countries, Japan, and others.
This means that vaccinated individuals from Lebanon and other “green” countries can now enter France without a PCR test or undergoing quarantine.
Non-vaccinated travelers from “green” countries will still need to present a negative PCR test result or antigen test taken within 72 hours before their arrival.
This decision is effective as of June 9th, 2021, according to the French government.
