Lebanese actress Nadine Nassib Njeim topped the cover of the Vogue Arabia magazine, among the 3 most powerful women in the Arab world.
Nadine appeared on the March 2022 cover of the magazine alongside make-up expert Huda Kattan and Jordanian shoe designer Amina Muaddi, selected as a strong symbol of modern women in the Middle East because of their success and global achievements.
The Lebanese actress, mother of 2 and former Miss Lebanon (2004), shared photos from the magazine’s photoshoot on social media with the following caption: “In the March issue, Vogue Arabia celebrates two notable achievements: our fifth annual holiday, and our biggest ever 500-page issue.”
The magazine wants to reflect on International Women’s Day, celebrated every year in March, by representing the strong symbol of modern Middle-Eastern women and destroying the old stereotypes, and focusing on leadership in different fields and responsibilities.
Nadine Njeim said in an interview with the magazine that she “learned a lesson after being injured in the Beirut port explosion, which is not to cling to small things anymore and to give importance and appreciate what is important.”
Nadine is one of the wounded survivors of the Beirut Blast and made it through with her strong will to prevail and move forward.
She stressed “the importance of positivity that keeps life beautiful and contributes to the face of a man for all kinds of difficulties.”
