The acclaimed Lebanese designer Reem Acra has revealed her Resort 2023 collection, 1001 Nights, in celebration of contemporary fantasy.
Inspired by the Arabesque decoration and the outdoors, the collection reflects mythicism, sparkling embellishments, florals, and the luxurious hues of the Orient.
Having an Eastern feel to it, the 1001 Nights collection comes in colors of soft blues, pinks, whites, and gold combined with bright colors of magenta, red, and dark blue, to represent the beautiful Oriental hues.
Reem Acra’s collection is comprised of graceful gowns and daring cuts embellishing the woman’s body. The collection also features ravishing embroideries detailing cocktail dresses, evening gowns, and caftans.
Each design is enhanced with beautiful headpieces and elegant belts “crowning” the hips, in a collection that combines the feel of oriental romance, fantasy, and modernity.
