In the spirit of Thanksgiving, the U.S. Embassy in Beirut cooked up a delightful seasonal meal making sure to use Lebanese products, creating a link between America and Lebanon.

Preparing the wholesome meal was the embassy's Public Affairs Officer Krisi Hayden, who was joined by U.S. Ambassador Dorothy Shea.
According to Hayden, the local products used in the video were made available thanks to the USAID-funded Lebanon Investment In Quality (LINQ) Project.
She used ingredients such as Lebanese apple sauce, apple cider, labneh, olive oil, and more!

The USAID LINQ Project supports and develops local businesses, providing them with equipment, machines, and training to help Lebanese create a source of income and expand their business.
