'Touch' Is Operating At Only 50% Capacity In Beirut

The Touch network is functioning at 50% of its full capacity, after a server that facilitates telecommunications in Beirut got damaged.

Touch operators are currently on strike, which makes fixing the servers difficult at the moment.
