As of September 2022, Bachir Ice Cream started offering its signature ice cream flavors exclusively at Zaroob, Sheikh Zayed Rd, Dubai.
It now opened a branch at Al Jada Mall in Sharjah and is planning to further expand in the country by opening additional stores in Dubai’s City Walk and at Galleria Mall in Al Barsha.
“Bringing our beloved Bachir to the UAE with Belhasa Hospitality has been great,” said the owner of Bachir UAE, Alexandre Bachir.
“We are proud to introduce our ice cream to all nationalities and showcase what my grandfather started and what my children and I thrive to continue: a true legacy of authentic Lebanese taste,” he added.
Bachir Ice Cream is a family business established by the brothers Maurice and Edward Bachir in the town of Bikfaya in 1936, offering authentic Lebanese ice cream in their backyard.
Since then, it has become a staple in Lebanon and expanding to many countries to bring the taste of Lebanon abroad.
