Beirut is more crowded than ever! People need space to breath fresh air and relax in nature. There are many parks in Lebanon where people can hang out, but that’s not enough. The Municipality of Beirut
that it would renovate the park of Saint Nicholas, Sioufi Garden, Jesuits Garden, and Horsh Beirut. The renovation of Archbishop Elias Odeh Park is complete. It includes underground parking that can fit 120 cars. The park will officially open to the public in June. The Municipality will also open the following parks!

More trees in Beirut
These parks are parts of the municipality’s green project. A few months ago, Green Cedars Lebanon (GCL) proposed to the Municipality of Beirut a project called “Making Cities Green” that can solve this issue.
