Well, it’s no surprise that Lebanon’s biggest problem is corruption. It’s the main reason why Lebanon hasn’t been able to progress and get the basic infrastructure it deserves; like electricity, water, proper internet, public transportation, roads and the list goes on. In this year’s report by Transparency International, Lebanon came in the 136th position, out of 176. It dropped by 13 positions when it ranked at the 123rd position the year before.
