150,000+ People Are Expected To Attend The Pope’s Mass In Beirut

    By Natalie HaddadNovember 28, 2025Updated:November 28, 2025

More than 150,000 people are expected to gather on Tuesday for the Pope’s mass in Beirut, taking place at 10:30 am at the Beirut Waterfront.

Free registration opened earlier this week and quickly reached 120,000 signups. Organizers then added extra standing zones, most of which filled up just as fast. Some are still available, which you can register for here.

With many more expected to line the surrounding roads, the event is set to become one of the largest gatherings the city has seen in years.

The site will include tents for water distribution, lost-and-found, the Lebanese Red Cross, and Civil Defense, along with a large number of restrooms. 14 giant screens will also be placed across the area to accommodate the crowds.
